Got my BUDS 2 PRO OK OCT 2023, been rocking it since , since the past few weeks, as I'm a student who do use a lot of ANC ok my buds, lately It's been disturbing using them as after switching to ANC mode a static sound remains and the No noise cancellation is done by my buds, the normal mode seems to be better than noise cancellation, also my right earbud does noise bleeding and crackling sound,
Disappointed for my buds, I don't carry or stumble it around I do keep a good care, inspite it facing all these issues.
Got my buds replaced under warranty the customer service center in Karimnagar, Telangana, 505001 near gita bhavan really made my purchase worth it and the service was really good on receiving and understanding my concern regarding my use case of the product, they took their action immediately and helped me, it's took a while nearly a week but it was worth the wait. A big step taken , for making me sticking to samsung products. Loved it
