Raise to wake up feature is not working

Raise to wake up feature is not working with samsung galaxy watch 4, while riding motorcycle.

Visited the service center and they are not able to identify the issue.

They just did a software reset the device.

Are bhai samsung india ne pagal bana rakha h.. 4 mahine se same problem k liye na jane kitne post kiye lekin inhe koi **bleep** nai padta. Mahange watches le lo uske baad bhaad me jao....
