My Samsung Buds 3 Pro right ear bud was stopped charging, as it was under warranty have given to dealer for repair.
But came to know that service centre has asked for Packaging Box...
Don't know...is there any such kind of notification issued from Samsung that if any products stops working during warranty period in such case while returing back to dealer for its repair.... packaging BOX need to be given to service centre for verification...
It's surprising when Buds serial number, left ears and right ears serial number is mention in phone wear app then y do these service center need packaging box...
