WearablesThanks for sharing your issue. Here are a few steps you can try to fix the microphone and sound problem on your Galaxy Watch 4 Classic:
Restart Your Watch: Sometimes a simple restart can fix software glitches. Check Microphone Access:
Go to Settings > Apps > Permissions > Microphone and make sure recording apps and call features have access. Clear Cache/Data of Affected Apps:
On your connected phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app, go to Apps > Manage apps, then select the recording or calling apps and clear cache/data. Unpair and Reconnect:
Disconnect the watch and reconnect it using the Galaxy Wearable app. Update Software:
Ensure your watch and phone are both updated to the latest software versions. Test Microphone:
Use a voice recording app on the watch to test if the mic works independently. If there’s still no sound, it might be a hardware issue. Factory Reset (Last Option):
Go to Settings > General > Reset. Note: this will erase all data.
If the issue continues after trying all these steps, it may be a hardware fault. Please contact Samsung support or visit a service center.
Hope this helps!🙏

WearablesWe’re truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’re experiencing, try the below steps that may assist you.
1.Open Settings.
Phone: Navigate to and open the Galaxy Wearable app, and then tap Watch settings.
Watch: Navigate to and open Settings.
2. Open the Hearing enhancement settings.
Scroll down on the watch or phone and tap Accessibility, then tap Hearing enhancements.
3. Disable Mute all sounds.
If Mute all sounds is enabled, tap the switch next to Mute all sounds to turn it off. The switch will be in the left position when it is turned off.
If your watch has been immersed in water, or if the microphone or speaker is wet, sound may not be heard clearly during a call. Dry the watch thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth. You may need to eject the water to restore the speaker to working order.
If your watch is exposed to any liquid other than fresh water (such as salt water), rinse it with fresh water immediately and then dry it.
If the issue persists, we recommend visiting the nearest Service Center for further assistance. You can find the closest location via this link: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/service-center/.
