Non functioning earbud

how did you get the left one to work? my case and right bud is charged, but the left is not charging, regardless of whether the case is plugged in or not

hi, you can self calibrate your buds by syncing them on the Galaxy Wear app. its simple

how do you do that? because sometimes both buds work, other times only the right

hi. thank you, I got them to work. I tried the tips but nothing was working, so I just left it for a while and somehow it connected🤷🏻‍♂️😂
