Hey , I have galaxy buds pro 3 , abd the left ear just won't work , maybe because I dropped it sm , but what could I do to try to make it work before taking it to service?

- Check the battery level of each earbud in the Galaxy Wearable application to confirm if the left earbud is charging.
- Reset the earbuds through the Galaxy Wearable app: Settings > About earbuds > Reset earbuds.
- Remove and re‑pair the earbuds with your device: Bluetooth settings > Forget device > Reconnect.
- Test the earbuds with another compatible device to confirm if the issue persists.
- Gently clean the speaker mesh of the left earbud using a soft, dry cloth to ensure no blockage is affecting audio output.
