How to use Samsung Health Monitor app with Watch 4 in a non-available country?

I use Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, and tried to set up ECG and BP monitors in watch. The watch do have application, but when I open app from mobile, it says "Samsung Health Monitor is not available in your country".

Is there any way to sort this? I live in Oman

You need to download samsung health monitor.
Samsung should include this feature in samsung health app not in separate app!
