When I initiated my Galaxy Watch 4, I set language to English (Australian) as I live in Sydney but after this, it only showed Guan, United Arab Emirates and other Middle Eastern Countries, I set it for UAE so I could continue but how do I now change this region to Australia
Please someone from Samsung reply, I bought in UAE and I was very unpleasantly suprised to find out it is only option for middle east...this is a big slap in the face. Switching to iphone sounds like the way to go if Samsung does not offer solution...
I have the same problem, I am UK based and bought a Galaxy Watch 4 specifically for ECG as I have a heart condition and I can't use it with Samsung Health Monitor
The region options on my watch are incorrect. I reset the phone and select country or region options are as follows with no UK or Spain both of which I reside in. Ghana Kenya Senegal Nigeria Egypt Iraq Lebanon Jordan Syria Morocco Packistan Tunisia United Arab Emirates Kuwait Quatar Bahrain Oman
This is very frustrating and time consuming, I could have purchased a heart monitor for less money but after reading good reviews about the watch I decided to buy one.
There was absolutely no indication that it wouldn't work, I purchased it in the UK as I did the phone I'm trying to use with it. When I tried the live chat support it says submit a support ticket but the site just sends you round in circles and I still can't find how to do this.
Samsung should warn people with heart conditions who don't need stress not to purchase these or sort this out.
I have had a Huawei Band for over a year which works fine apart from it has no ECG so at least I have the option to put a hammer to the Galaxy watch 4 which may reduce my heart rate
Does anybody have any idea how to fix this? Or how to submit a ticket like the live chat told me without spending another several hours getting absolutely nowhere?
