I cannot use my samsung galaxy werable app...it saying plss check your network connection...same prblm is arising with my all werables....

A. Installing the Galaxy Wearable app
Depending on your mobile device, you can download the Galaxy Wearable app from the following places:

Samsung Android devices: Galaxy Apps, Play Store
Other Android devices: Play Store

Please Note: You cannot install the Galaxy Wearable app on mobile devices that do not support Galaxy Watch syncing. Ensure that your mobile device is compatible with a Galaxy Watch.

B. Connecting the Galaxy Watch to a mobile device via Bluetooth
1. Turn on the Galaxy Watch A screen will appear about downloading and installing the Galaxy Wearable app.

2. Launch the Galaxy Wearable app on your mobile device.
If necessary, update the Galaxy Wearable app to the latest version.
3. Tap START THE JOURNEY.
4. Select Galaxy Watch from the devices listed on the screen.
If you cannot find your device, tap MINE’S NOT HERE.
5. Tap your Galaxy Watch to start the pairing process.
6. Wait for the 6 digit code to appear on both the mobile and Galaxy watch screens.
>> Select OK Select OK on both to connect by Bluetooth.

7. Accept the terms and conditions, and complete the tutorial to finish
a. Connection methods and screens may vary depending on your mobile device and software version.
b. When you connect your Galaxy Watch to a mobile device for the first time after resetting it, the Galaxy Watch’s battery may drain more quickly while syncing data, such as contacts.
c. Supported mobile devices and features may vary depending on your region, service provider, and device manufacturer.

If your issue will be not resolved, Please follow this path to register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
Note. please attach the error log file within 15 minutes of the error occurring.
