I am using Samsung gear S2 classic SM-R730A this has got an esim in it so I can us it as a phone but when I went to the store as esim is available on Jio and Airtel here in India . The store guys are asking us to scan a QR code from the phone and it's gear manager app but as in the latest updated app for Samsung wearables there is nothing in the settings where in we can scan and activate the code to start using the service provider... Please help me in this regard as to how can I scan the qr code from the app or do I have to use some other method thank you so much... Namaste

hi i am facing same issue bought galacy watch lte and i am usin note 10 and there is no option to scan qr code in watch or mobile samsung did try and copy apple but is unable to so it properly as their service people are also of no help and even the gallery people dont know about it they just say your handset doesent provide then u cannot whr samsung says any 5.0 and above handset can configure esim ... if you got a solution do let me know too thanks
