Samsung does not seem to have any indication when (AND IF) the Health Monitor App for ECG, Fall Detection, Blood Oxygen, etc. will be released in South Africa. Maybe they should refer customers to the competition products that do work?
Unfortunately these features are not available as yet in South Africa. Once available, notifications will be sent through this platform or our website.
Fortunately one can buy an Oximeter for about R250 that can perform ALL these intended functions (and more) that Samsung can't get right on a RK10 watch.
I feel the same, I have had my active2 now for a while. I bought my mother a R100 Mr Price active band and that can take her HR and BP with no fuss! and here i am with countless other active2 and watch3 users that are patiently waiting on those features.
