Galaxy watch4 software updates

My galaxy watch 4 has not received software update since November 2021. I contacted Samsung customer care on Feb 2022 regarding no software update. They told that you will get it once it is released in India. But I have not seen any software update yet. 

I wonder why software updates not getting released in India. 

As per my information, a couple of software updates have been released in 2022 for other countries.

This is very discouraging that ⌚️ not getting updates from Samsung India.

Samsung India is not giving due attention to wearables. Is it due to lack of customer base for galaxy watches in India?

No that's not true. Few days back, both the indian watch 4 variants bt & classic got a firmware update with march security patch
