I have both galaxy watch 4 and watch 6
I have calibrated both the watch Blood pressure recording same time with different figures
Galaxy watch 6 with 125/85
Galaxy watch 4 with 105/65
Now everything is measure my blood pressure using these watch watch 6 shows reading around 125/85 ( with an +/-5 variation), while same time Galaxy watch 4 shows BP around 105/65 ( +/- 5 variation)
So it doesn't measure the BP actually it just takes the reading from calibration and always show you reading around these calibration points.
Please don't trust or use these watches for measure BP or ECG.

That's a valid point; if this watch provides such clear diagnostic information, what is the continued need for specialized medical equipment?

Why not? If you are charging 40000 plus money why can't a system be installed in watch which is available for 2000 rs separately. Apply is doing good job in these terms.

BP measurements using these are often wrong by wide margins. Even professional wrist monitors readings are far from the oscillometric arm cuff versions. Again arm cuff version readings deviate by 10 points ± from gold standard mercury sphygmomanometer.
My advice is never use wrist devices or finger devices for measuring blood pressure,ECG and blood sugar. They are often off the mark and misleading.

Yeah, these readings are unreliable, I just hope the watch tells me if my blood pressure spikes.
