Galaxy buds not working

My galaxy buds just recently stopped working, 1st it was the left side one it just showed red on the case and no response at all no matter how many times I charged it and now the right side one has also stopped working... is there a way to fix this

Hi, Marnii place your Galaxy Buds in their case.

Make sure that the charging contacts on the Galaxy Buds and case are in contact with each other and are clean of any foreign materials

After 10-15 seconds take your  Galaxy Buds out of the case and immediately put them in your ears.
