Well, this just keeps getting better. 

Finally managed to install the update after resetting the watch and reinstalling both the Health and Wearable apps.

And now, my watch does not sync with Samsung Health though I am able to connect to Galaxy Wearable app. 

So...........


Hi

I have been unable to update my watch with the latest update. I have tried from the watch, connected to wifi, and also from the Galaxy Wearable app on my phone ( Motorola). After the update is downloaded, I get a "Failed to transfer to watch" message.

So I reset my watch and now it won't connect to the Galaxy Wearable app.

Any suggestions are welcome.

EDIT: I downloaded the Galaxy Wearable app on my Samsung S7 tablet, but that will not connect to the watch either.

Hi, u atleast recieving updates in app.. i am not even recieving updates my qpp is sayin your watch software is upto date

wow! thank you for responding with a cut & paste template. In the meanwhile, there's is another update that has arrived and I'm back to performing in the samsung circus once again. I have downloaded the update a dozen times - seriously I have - on my watch on my phone.  I have reset my watch about 4 times. Still, after the downloading, and 15 minutes of "copying update to watch" , everything ends with the message that "update cannot be copied".  

As for you, you know the issue. But instead of just solving/addressing it, you just  decide to send me on another wild goose "Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions" chase. So thanks.
