Wearableswow! thank you for responding with a cut & paste template. In the meanwhile, there's is another update that has arrived and I'm back to performing in the samsung circus once again. I have downloaded the update a dozen times - seriously I have - on my watch on my phone. I have reset my watch about 4 times. Still, after the downloading, and 15 minutes of "copying update to watch" , everything ends with the message that "update cannot be copied".
As for you, you know the issue. But instead of just solving/addressing it, you just decide to send me on another wild goose "Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions" chase. So thanks.
