WearablesGo to "About earbuds"Tap the "Device name" 10 times to activate debug modePress the "REQUEST" button and wait a few secondsYou should now have a list of info on the bud including the "SW version" which will end in either "SC2" or "SC4"Close that bud inside the case and keep the other outInside the app tap "CONNECT" and force it to re-pair with the other bud.Repeat steps to get the debug information on the other bud

WearablesISSUE... Right earbud not connecting.. not reflecting in the wearable app.. reset doesnt help..more of dead right side earbud.. etc..
SOLUTION..
Using one connected earbud..Reset your buds from wearable app..
Disconnect your buds from the wearable app..
Put your buds in charging case and connect with the charger.. let it be idle for 10 seconds..
Meanwhile switch off your bluetooth in your phone and restart it..
Now open your buds charging case and tap and hold your touchpad of your buds for 5+ seconds without removing it from the case..
You will see green light of your charging case start blinking..
Remove your fingers and wait for the Green light blinking to stop..
Once the blinking stops and remain green.. means your right and left buds are paired together..
NOTE..THERE MIGHT BE CHANCES THE GREEN LIGHT BLINKS AND TURNS RED AFTER A WHILE.. IT MEANS YOU HAD TO REPEAT THE PROCESS ONCE AGAIN..AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS IF YOU FAIL.. THERE SHOULD BE SOME TECHNICAL GLITCH WITH YOUR BUDS AND HAD TO SEEK SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER SUPPORT..
Now connect your buds as usual using wearable app..
Hope this solves the problem...
Thanks
Ajay Antony
