Galaxy Buds+ Manufacturing Issue

I have discovered that there is no mic hole on my right buds for which I used get complaint from other side of the call that they are unable to hear me properly and the voice is muffeld.

My buds+ is less than 2 months and I had purchased from Samsung Shop app. Any help as I understand it's a genuine manufacturing defect.

If its a manufacturing defect please take it to the nearest service center with the bill.
