Facing touch issue after updating latest software.

Before 2 days i updated latest software in my galaxy active 2 SM-R820.

from the Saturday i having issue in touch. Some time touch response but very slowly or sometime touch is not respond.

I do live chat with samsung  representative who gave me nearest service center and as per Samsung find a service center website they handle wearable too. service center.JPG

Even i contact to Service center near to me they refuse to service or re install software. the give reason that they give service only for mobile & tabs.

Now i don't know what to do.

Anyone have same issue?.....

Ask them which service center done with wearable in your area. They will surely solve your problem.

Yes Bro, I asked the same question but service representative but as i expected the service representative answered they don't know about it.

so then i visit Samsung website and stared live chat and the person of Samsung other side gave me link to find the nearest service center which i located in neighbor city almost 70-75 km away from my city. so i have to specially visit the care for re-solve my problem.

Hello Samsung,

Now here i attach Samsung active 2 watch Literature Capture1.JPG

 As per service center representative told me the watch was water damage,

but as per Samsung Specification (Galaxy Watch Active2 goes where you go with an IP68 and 5ATM water and dust rating plus military grade durability to handle a range of conditions) (Copied from your website). 

Now Will You infirm me if watch is comes with an IP68 and 5 ATM water and dust rating. then justify me how my watch is water damage?......

I have an issue with the watch where the touch suddenly stopped working, after which I rebooted it. And now I am unable to even pair it with the phone.

I also visited the service centre, where I was told to replace the screen which would cost Rs9000. But I'm sure it is something to do with the software and not the touch screen.

If anyone has faced the same problem, please help me resolve.

Same thing happen with my watch.

after software update the touch repose stop.

same thing care representative told me to replace the screen with cost with fitting 8,500.00 - 9,000.00

1 thing i didn't understand 

when i had samsung Galaxy c7  display cost with fitting 5,600.00 (display size 5.7 inch)

and recent i change display of Samsung Galaxy M31 displat cost with fitting  4,800.00 (Display size 6.4 inch)

then why cost of galaxy active 2 watch with size 1.4 inch (44mm dial) is 8,000.00 +

Samsung pl justify  the price difference.
