Hi samsung, I am a loyal Samsung customer and have been for a while I've recommended your product to countless friends and family however it seems that you guys only care for new customers rather than loyal ones which is really unfair and many would agree, I've wanted a pair of galaxy buds for such a long time and I'd really appreciate if you guys would kindly award me a pair for being a loyal customer for such a long time and I think many would agree as loyal customers we deserve alot more benefits, due to the global pandemic, many of us can not afford new samsung products however when it comes to tech, we always choose samsung, however you guys never take that into consideration when competitions are rolled out, basically, just think of us as we do you, whenever we consider buying new tech 💭

no they will not... you will see Maps_sam07 !!! when a brand supporter cannot reach Senior management for overdue assistance then there is a huge problem! Samsung SA is not doing the brand any justice by their lousy service and lack of accountability. s u c k s

Still better then apple,there you get nothing for free,just stickers in the box and a 5w charger,no fast charger and poor quality headphones

Support your comment to Samsung Mish123. I feel exactly the same. They could easily offer us a 50% off on wearables. They happy to make promises they don't keep too.  I have been waiting one year for my buds that were part of my deal. Doing a group action. Hoping for support from Samsung Community. Perhaps you have knowledge of someone who has outstanding buds. Be grateful for any additional voices that would like to join. I'm so sick of repeating the same saga over and over. Thanks
