Why its delaying for aproval ECG from MOH???

Why samsang not active.. in gulf region active 2 watch didn't have ECG still.. 

New Samsung health moniter is not there...

Why you guys so delay??? 

If active 3 have ECG how they aproved??? Why they not aproved active 2????
