Both are the same , in lte you can receive calls even when your mobile is switched off. Since your main concern is fitness tracking, I would suggest you go for non-lte and save some money
Don't go with Samsung. Worst watch. Sensors are not working accurately & also the battery is major issue. Better to go Fitbit sense which is better then watch 4 & even more reliable .
