Wearables1. Remove the wingtip by carefully sliding it off. To prevent damage, do not use too much force.
2. Use a cotton swab and dry brush to remove any debris and foreign materials from the earbuds and the wingtip.
3. Wipe the mesh part of each earbud receiver with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust, earwax, or oil. Avoid using a metal or wire brush when cleaning the earbuds because the harsh bristles may damage them.
4. Use a cotton swab to clean the charging contacts and sensor on both earbuds and the contacts inside the charging case.
5. Reattach the wingtip to the earbud.

WearablesWhat should I do if the buds get "clogged" though? I've done my best to keep mine clean, but one of the buds mesh part looks to be completely clogged and now I barely hear sound from it.
