Hi, theres an app on the phone called- Wearable. Open it while your buds case is open and it should pop-up. If not check if your buds are fully charged along with the case. But normally the moment you turn on your Bluetooth and open the buds case with the buds inside- it should automatically detect them.
If it still continues try checking if the app is updated. Or just touch the back of the buds at the same time and see if it pairs. If not just go to your Bluetooth settings and click *forget* to unpair and then click *pair* again.
Just also check if your case and buds are clean to make sure they are all charging well because if they are not charging or charged they wont connect, so just check
Doesn't use wearable anymore it's separate must download the galaxy buds core management on google playstore , when the buds is in the case press & hold on both at the same time till light flashes then search for it
