The galaxy buds core have been a huge dissapointment. They sometimes connect but no sound comes out or the sound is low and echoey. The volume cannot be adjusted in that moment. Everytime after a call, sound is lost.

Hi AMZdurbs, Kindly note that the device the buds is connected to may be stuck in Call Mode after you have hung up.

Here is how to force them back to normal:

1. The "Call Reset" Trick
>Make a quick call>let it connect for 2 seconds and then hang up using the phone screen (not the earbuds).

>This often "reminds" the phone to switch the audio back to high-quality Media Mode.

2. Disable "Ambient Sound" During Calls
>Open the Galaxy Wearable app.

Go to Earbud settings > Advanced.

>Toggle OFF "Use Ambient sound during calls".

3. Fix the "Low Volume" & Adjustment Issue
>In the Galaxy Wearable app, go to Touch controls.

>Set the "Touch and hold" action for the Left to Volume down and the Right to Volume up.

>Use the actual touchpads on the earbuds to crank the volume to max, then use your phone to adjust from there.

Kindly test this and advise if the issue persists.

Nah bro I have Been using samsung buds core for 3 months now they are the most pure and rich buds I ever used and trust me I had lots of buds which didn't sound rich, with buds core I haven't explored any bass distortion I love the mids and highs with the connection I have had good experience since I use a samsung phone and a galaxy watch the auto connect switch works so well.

Which phone are you using ?
Did you update the buds?
