My Galaxy watch active 2 not connecting by bluetooth with Sony 1000mx3. is there an issue?

don't know but I also find that most of the time Samsung products not connected with sony

but my note 10 plus connected without any hassle. active 2 is not able to recognize 1000mx3

ok do one thing ,go to general management settings and reset network settings then see
