The back sensor of my galaxy watch came off for the second time in the 3 years that I have it. What can I do as it is no longer under warranty. My husband got the same watch and never had this type of problem. Every time it's costing me money and time to get it fixed. I was told last time they can't just clue it, they must replace the piece. Not happy at all

Maybe try Samsung, if the replace it and it breaks again they should fix it for free

Another alternative may be to try glue it yourself if the sensor is still functional

A lot of us have had that problem. I tried to get my watch active fixed at Samsung and they told me ridiculous prices. I just glued it back with some pvc glue. All the sensors work perfect and the back cover never came off. I hardly ever get into the pool with the watch nor immerse it in water so I didn't care much for water resistance. Otherwise it's still hanging on tight.
