August Security update

I got August Security update on my galaxy watch 4 44mm bt. Does it mean one ui 8 watch update will arrive soon now ?

Also a warning, it screws up your battery life, previously I got 1day 23hr or 2 days, now it reduced to 1day 4hr-10hr. The performance has reduced, feels laggy.
