- As you guys know I have had the opportunity to attend the Galaxy unpacked 2025 event in person in Brooklyn, New York. I would like to share the experience with you guys today.
3 new and exciting devices have been unveiled
1. Galaxy Z fold 7
2. Galaxy Z flip 7
3. Galaxy watch 8
Let’s talk about some of their key features.
As a photographer I am very excited to try out the cameras in both fold 7 and flip 7.
The Galaxy Z Fold 7 features a prograde 200mp main camera, 10mp 3x optical zoom camera and a 12mp ultra wide camera which also doubles as a macro lens.
This enables the users to get incredible details and vibrant colors, whether your subject is up close, nearby, or far away.
The front main camera has a 100 degree fov that enhances the selfie experience
Flip 7 features a pro grade 50 mp main camera that, when combined with the 4.1” flex window (their largest yet), enables a versatile selfie experience.
Both these foldable phones come with a new and improved armored hinge that is stronger, lighter and thinner. This, along with a number of other improvements, makes these devices Samsungs thinnest foldable devices yet!
They also come packed with Galaxy AI and Google’s Gemini features, which I’ll be diving into in more detail in upcoming posts.
The Galaxy Watch 8 introduces several exciting health and fitness features, including a new vascular load detector, skin antioxidant measurement tool, a new running coach (which excites me the most). It’s also the first watch to feature Google’s Gemini right out of the box.
It comes in two variants - watch 8 and watch 8 classic.
As someone who’s been using Galaxy Watches since the very first model, I’m especially looking forward to trying out the rotating bezel on the Classic version..
on the whole its a great experience for for me sitting here and watching live the whole festival along with tech experts and enthusiasts worldwide
