Well !

That is half fetched information and doesn't line up properly.

Z Fold Special Edition doesn't support SPen because that screen doesn't contain the digitizer to recognize SPen positioning. This is why Z Fold Special Edition is slimmer that Z Fold 6.

Now !
If Z Fold 7 is going to use same screen then Z Fold 7 will not support SPen.

I do not think it is true.
I am a Fold user and SPen is an essential part for Samsung Fold.
