Samsung showroom bad practices

I had approached Samsung showroom in Dubai Mall, Dubai to change the screen protector for my fold 3. The staff asked me to go personally to the Samsung service center. Also, they have given me a more expensive screen in the showroom, I had to compromise as I was flyingout. The next day my main screen stop functioning but they didn't accept/ entertain my complain. Finally I had to buy a new fold 4. Again, I asked them to give me the Samsung official screen protector but they offered me a tempered glass protector which was almost 4 times of the cost of Samsung screen protector. I refused the offer and pushed them to install the Samsungs official AED 59, screen protector. When I asked to the fold 4 case with pen holder, they referred me to a Kiosk outside the showroom, selling the official Samsung case at a higher price. Your showroom staff is involved in selling unbranded goods and encourages customers to buy from Kiosk outside. Pl stop this practice there.
