"google play services stopped working" after update.

i updated.my.android last night and sice then i keep getting prompts that pla serviceshas stopped. because of which i cannot use any of the google apps... even facebook has stopped working. please provide a solution.

when i game played then in the middle it show that game is not responding and soon stopped.. ....after about two minutes then game will reopen..

Same problem as others and similarly many apps can not be operated please solve it as soon as possible due to this we can't operate our phones properly
