im using samsung j7 prime and samsung a5 2016 model both.with same samsung account but i hv facing so many problem in this two devices.After A few second when net is connected the device will go hang..seeing SYSTEM UI STOPPED.I hv already posted this problem but i dnt get any hlpful sugesstion..help me as soon as pssble..most third class device i hv ever seen..to buing a samsung mobile waste of money.redmi is far better

I m also facing similar issue with J 7 prime..frequently it is showing- Samsung cloud keeps stopping & I m not able to use even galley..All data in internal memory is not being copied...very bad level phone..Going away from Samsung
