i have reset my phone and try to connect my gear s2 but it has reactivation locked and i cant unlock it even though its the same old device . When i try to sign in it says this is a new samsung account , you have to sign in with your old samsung account to unlock the reactivation lock . Can anyone help me

In this case you must try logging in to your device with the old Samsung account I mean the one you used to log in while it was new. It would solve the problem but even if the problem still persists then you need to take both your mobile and Gear S2 to the service center.
