fast charging issue in galaxy C7 pro

not supporting fast charging .... only charging is shown on the screen.... my phone is exactly taking approx 3 hours to get fully charged...... please ensure me with right options
its annoying....

Same problem in my phone n solved by Samsung go to service center

I went there and nothing was short out they are eXplaining that port of the c 7 pro devices are not available

If your smartfone is in gaurantee to go to your nearyby service center or not, go your nearby mobile store
