Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to suggest some steps that will be helpful to resolve the issue.
1) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Google Play Services and other Google Application >> Clear data and Clear Cache.
2) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Press on three dots >> Reset App Preferences.
3) Also keep the device updated if any available in device.
If still facing issue then provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
