block incoming call on SIM 2 but continue to receive SMS.

I have dual sim phone.
I am on international roaming in UK.
In SIM 1 - UK SIM
in sim 2 - Indian SIM
i want to block incoming calls on SIM 2 but continue to receive messages.
And on SIM 1 i want to receive call and SMS both.
How this can be achieved.

Thanks for part of Samsung community. We would like to inform you that you can disable SIM 2 network from SIM card manager. As well regarding services kindly contact with your network provider.

I think it's a good feature idea to allow blocking calls in SIM Manager for a particular SIM.

Many network providers do not allow receiving SMS and blocking calls in their network. It's either both or nothing.
