In first screenshot there is a border around second sim signals but in second screenshot there is nothing. Can anyone tell me how to remove that border?. Without border notification panel look good.

set ask always option for calls

No. Actually 2nd Screenshot is not of my phone or any my friend's phone. I got that screenshot from Samsung Community.
