Recently my facebook is behaving in a strange manner. It's opening perfectly when my phone is connected with wifi. But when my phone is connected with data connection then no images, videos are seen in facebook, not even my own profile picture. It seems a lighter version of facebook is opening when it is opened in data connection. I have done clear data, clear cache and uninstall updates for the preinstalled facebook app in my device galaxy s8, but nothing happened. Then finally I did factory reset also, but found no solution with that preinstslled app. I spoke witn technical team of samsung and they remotely connect my device and tried with various things but unfortunately problem still petsists. According to them due to some bug in the last update made this issue. As per tecnical execute of samsung, when the facebook is opened with data connection probably a lighter version is opening so images and videos are not seen, but when it is opened with wifi then the proper version is opening resulting no issue with image or video.Only solution could be possible if samsung provides an update of facebook at earliest. I would request samsung team here to escalate this issue to your developer to resolve at earliest by providing a bug fred update.

Thank you for your query. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
