After writing to the Company also, still the Company doesn't show much interest in the front camera blurring of a flagship phone like C9 pro which has the best specs in its category. You'll seem to turn a blind eye to this defect which causes a really big problem when using the Front Camera and literally "spoils" the picture. I thought the Company would take this matter a bit seriously but I'm sad to say that I am Disappointed with this kind of service from a well established market leader like Samsung. Please take this matter at least now on top priority and show that you'll still care for your brand quality and not only for your sales.

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
