Bixby wakeup not working

In my S8 plus I can't able to get Bixby wake-up.. when I'm saying hi Bixby the notification gets that Bixby Voice wakeup running . but I can't see the Bixby hearing pop-up on screen. pls solve..e414da30-4c6b-4124-b02d-cf3a3c8a6347.jpg

I done that all. I even cleard all data of Bixby..
