Hello, I noticed an app named com.android.camerasaver.CameraSaverApp on my phone. It stays even after formatting and sometimes shows camera access notification for a few seconds.
I did not open the camera or any related app at that time. Could you please confirm if this app is pre-installed by Samsung and whether it is safe or not?

Nice information, but I need to add that there is gap here.
You first show that a user installs a malacious application.
Then you show methods to delete app which include: 1) Deleting deep sleeping apps. As per my knowledge any newely installed malacious application will not be shown in list of deep sleeping apps.
2) You mention to go to settings and delete the app which is installed. For this we need to have application name. But in most of the cases peoples do not remember application names. How can we delete a app without a application name. For ordinary people like people living in india do not know these settings.
Suggestion: I request you to build a software that search for excess of popups and advertisement shown , and then provide a notification to delete the application.
