Hello, this is the Notes team.

We’re currently rolling out the Samsung Notes PC update (v4.3.417.0) in phases.

What is Samsung Notes PC?
Samsung Notes PC is a dedicated note-taking app available for Samsung PCs and Galaxy Book devices.
It offers a similar experience to the Samsung Notes mobile app, tailored for the PC environment.
Although the PC and mobile versions run on different platforms (Windows and Android), they can be synced via Samsung Cloud.

Now introducing the fourth new feature in the latest Samsung Notes PC update:
You can now freely move the toolbar—a highly requested feature!

4. Move the Toolbar Left or Right

• The toolbar, previously fixed on the right side, can now be freely moved to either side of the screen.
• Just drag the six-dot handle at the top of the toolbar to reposition it.
