How to use Now bar and Now brief features on the Samsung Galaxy S25

While All chinese phone have updated their devices to 15 and getting ready for 16 we having so called flagships are still stuck on old software
The notification settings on lockscreen are terrible on ui6
Can't see shiiiit on my phone unless I open it fully and swipe down the notification bar .
It's seems Sam's only interested in taking money on so called high end features but doesn't match their software for its prices
