Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Follow standard battery charging procedure (charge a fully discharged battery in Switch-off mode up to 150 mins).
2- Actual charging speed may also vary depending on the actual usage, charging conditions, and other factors.
3- If the fast charging feature is not activated, launch the Settings app, tap Device care → Battery → tap on 3 dots → Settings, and then tap the Fast cable charging switch to activate it.
