Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Reconnect the Wi-Fi.
2- Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel > Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).
3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
4- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Member > Get Help > Interactive checks > Wi-Fi).
5- If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
