Please follow below steps to overcome issue:
>Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.
>For whatsapp issue:-
Navigate whatsapp app>3 dots on top >>settings>>accounts>>privacy>> Read receipts>> Turn on.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
