Kindly follow below-mentioned steps to update the device:
1- Go to setting > Software Update > Download Updates Manually > download the update if available or if not available then you need to wait for next update.
2- Try to download software via PC with the help of a smart switch. To update with smart switch kindly download smart switch PC & Device both & connect with data cable then update.
