syncing issue Between Samsung notes & One note

I cannot access my entier synced Samsung note[ tablet ] in Onenote app[ mobile ]. can some one help how to Resolve it. #Samsungnotes #Onenote #Galaxys6Lite  #Student

The toggle is already turned on , this is what iam seeing when I open an samsung notes in Onenote app in my mobile.

Same issue the title comes but the notes are empty

I wish samsung had option to view and edit notes on other platforms as well like windows and mac..so we don't have to rely on onenote for this **bleep** things
