split screen support for crop and snipping tool using s pen

When you are in multi function window 

Usually snotes n YouTube 

One cannot take snapshot from YouTube and paste on s notes

As crop doesn't support multiscreen 

1. Currently u take a snapshot or crooped portion

2. The multuwindow drop (thing that's needed in top)

3. One go to recent cropped item to be pasted in notes (would love if keyboard will have the last cropped pic in suggestion to paste)

It's embarrassing that we have to raise requests, this is such a normal feature, any BA Should have kept it on major çhange needed
