If this problem occurs in your m30s device so this problem occurs in other then jio operator because jio network work on lte or only 4g network but sim like idea airtle vodafone works on both 4g/3g/2g network and sometime it shows sim1 not register in these networks this is because of turn on Volte calls sim option so solve this issues in idea airtle or vadafone we need to turn off VoLTE feature in m30s as screenshot attached below
